Bender, Mary Coy- Passed away December 12, 1988. Survived by her mother, Marilee Bender and father, Fred Bender, both of Spokane; five brothers, Tom, Laural, Bill, Tim and Mike Bender; sisters, Ann Bender and Kay McDonald all of Spokane; numerous aunts, uncles, neices, nephews and cousins. I didn't get to know Coy until later in my years at MHS (not exactly sure of the year), but I do remember we had a ton of fun in Mabel's class. She had a great sense of humor! I was just looking through my annual and found her note. Ironically, she wrote, "Ann I probably will never see you again, but I always will remember you." And we never did see each other again, but I do fondly remember her. Anne Durham Grun
